What are we seeking?

We are in search of a strong candidate with prior experience in the hospitality sector, possibly looking to advance into a managerial position.

We desire an enthusiastic, hands-on individual who naturally leads and inspires their team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Flexibility to cover various shifts throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage, train, and develop junior team members, with a solid understanding of operational standards.
• Capability to lead shifts from the front, being a true team player while contributing and implementing innovative ideas.
• Willingness to work on the floor and behind the bar.
• Responsibility for securing the premises and occasionally closing the tills.

Building strong relationships with guests and diners is essential; we seek an individual with a vibrant personality, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet and manage guest expectations.
