Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operative to join our team, focusing on the delivery of essential goods. This role involves operating a heavy goods vehicle to transport items to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a heavy goods vehicle for the delivery of furniture and white goods.
  • Assist with manual handling tasks, ensuring the safe delivery of items to customers' residences.
  • Maintain compliance with all driving regulations and company policies.
  • Be prepared to work away from home as required.
Requirements
  • A full, clean Category C+E driving licence (or a Category C licence with a willingness to upgrade).
  • Experience in delivering furniture or white goods.
  • A current digital tachograph card.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving household items.
