Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Psychiatry UK. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of hiring requirements for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and engage top talent for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding and induction, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive leaders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time to hire and diversity of hire, to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as brand and marketing, and risk and compliance, to ensure adherence to our standards and applicable laws.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and implement innovative strategies to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
