Our Endoscopy Unit is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our compassionate and collaborative team.
We provide a range of services including gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy, and urodynamic assessments. Additionally, we offer phlebotomy, pre-assessment, and outpatient services for these specialties.

The Endoscopy Support Specialists play a crucial role in a dynamic setting, delivering personalized patient care while ensuring a smooth operation for referring healthcare providers.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Work schedule includes a rotating pattern from Monday to Friday.
Shifts are from 07:30 to 18:30 for three days
Plus
One additional 6-hour shift, either in the morning or afternoon, based on service needs.
Key Responsibilities
As an Endoscopy Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in the department and assisting with inventory management and equipment checks before and after each procedure.
In this role, you will lead outpatient clinics alongside the medical team, support patient admissions and recovery, and serve as a vital advocate for patients during their most critical moments.
You will prepare clinical spaces for procedures, ensuring the efficient operation of the Endoscopy Unit. Continuous professional development and adherence to best practices are essential, as is maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies.
About Us
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a clinical setting and may possess NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualifications.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will interact with various departments and communicate with patients and their families.
