Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen, delivering outstanding service while adhering to all health, safety, and environmental standards as directed by management.
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting exquisite dishes.
- Engaging in various culinary techniques including pastry, butchery, seafood preparation, sauce creation, and vegetable preparation.
- Guaranteeing timely delivery of all dishes.
- Monitoring portion sizes and managing waste effectively.
- Operating independently and managing kitchen operations.
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness in designated areas according to pre-opening and closing protocols.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including specific company policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the compliance of the kitchen with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health and Safety legislation.
- Collaborating as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.
- Reporting and addressing any incidents of fire, damage, loss, breakdowns, or other occurrences that may impact service or the safety of staff and customers.
