About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading PICU Mental Health Hospital in Nottingham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to promote patient well-being and recovery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and a positive patient experience.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, respect, and compassion, upholding the values of our organization.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of PICU care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
