We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at EG Group. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial reporting and providing cross-functional support to our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and analysis for our lease portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under IFRS16.
- Lead the delivery of monthly reconciliations and supporting workings for country finance teams, including preparation of SAP journals and ensuring RoU asset and liability consistency across reported numbers.
- Provide ongoing ownership of the process and control environment from record to report across right of use assets and liabilities under IFRS16.
- Act as a key point of contact for various stakeholders, including Group Finance, Estates Team, Country Finance teams, External Auditors, External Advisors, and Software Providers.
- Support in determining the Group's IBR and ensure its appropriate application.
- Lead a standardized approach for IAS 17 methodology to support monthly external reporting across the Group's KPIs.
- Routine system data integrity testing and validation, including retrospective reviews and source data verification.
- Leadership and management experience in a finance role.
- Strong financial accounting and technical accounting skills, with a comprehensive understanding of IFRS16 accounting treatment.
- Experience in business partnering, financial reporting, and commercial analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP and Qube.
