The Equity Integrated Health Center Manager is responsible for driving the delivery of The Equity Integrated Health Center's goals from 2023 – 2027. The Equity Center aims to build and pilot an integrated healthcare ecosystem to address the needs of disadvantaged populations impacted by COVID-19 in Coatesville and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Community & Provider Network to implement The Equity Center's vision and goals.
- Collect and report financial and program data to Chester County.
- Lead a team in a collaborative environment with a focus on diversity, equity, access, and inclusion.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Policy, Health Administration, or Public Health.
- At least five years of experience in philanthropy, community-based, or health-related human services.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, access, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
