- Diary Management: Coordinate engineer schedules, update electronic diaries, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Relationship Building: Promote the advantages of our service agreements to customers, explaining the benefits and value proposition.
- Local Residency: Must reside in the local area or be able to commute easily.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is essential.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our CRM system.
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 per annum.
