Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Impact Investment Strategist to lead our fundraising initiatives and manage our capital strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth of groundbreaking sustainable energy technologies on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for gEMINO AI, securing investment from private and institutional investors.
- Manage and optimize our portfolio of government funds and grants, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the process for a significant upcoming funding round, collaborating with executive leadership to define objectives and secure commitments.
- Oversee a team of international finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors and strategic partners, building a strong network within the sustainable energy sector.
- Prepare and present compelling investment materials and financial projections, effectively communicating our vision and value proposition to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in startup fundraising, preferably within the technology or energy sectors.
- Extensive experience in managing government funding and grants, demonstrating a deep understanding of relevant programs and regulations.
- Strong network of investor contacts within relevant industries, including private equity firms, venture capitalists, and institutional investors.
- Excellence in financial modeling, valuation, and pitch deck creation, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of finance professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting to high-level stakeholders and building strong relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and develop innovative solutions.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
