About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ivy Lodge, a newly refurbished property providing support to younger adults with mild learning disabilities and autism.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to our service users, taking direction from both the individual and their person-centred support plan.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication as required, and participating in sleep-in sessions.

We offer a competitive rate of £60 per sleep-in session, in addition to your regular hourly rate.
