Position Overview

West Riding Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled HGV 2 HIAB Operator to join our team. This role involves the transportation of construction materials to various commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a HIAB vehicle for the delivery of building supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all driving regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A valid HIAB hook license.
  • A current HGV 2 driver’s license.
  • CPC and Digital tachograph card.
  • A CSCS card.
  • Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
  • A clean driving record with no more than 6 minor endorsements.
Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility with start times, averaging around 50 hours per week.
