Job Summary:

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of building services across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve installation plans and specifications to ensure they meet the client's needs and building regulations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to coordinate services within the overall building design, providing expert advice on space requirements for ventilation systems and other services.
  • Review and negotiate prices for services work, ensuring value for money.
  • Conduct thorough testing and inspections of installations to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure all work meets building regulations and health and safety requirements, minimizing risks and liabilities.
  • Present progress reports and ideas to senior managers and clients, effectively communicating technical information.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on building services operations, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to occupancy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize energy wastage and reduce the environmental impact of building services.

Requirements:
