Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Database and Insight Manager to join our team at Leeds Hospitals Charity. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our supporter data to inform our fundraising strategy and improve our supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date supporter data.
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting to inform our fundraising strategy and support our fundraising team.
- Work closely with our Supporter Care Manager to develop and implement projects to improve supporter engagement and retention.
- Lead on data protection compliance and GDPR initiatives.
- Document and implement approaches to improve data capture processes across the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing and analyzing complex data sources.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and draw conclusions.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, including formulae, pivot tables, and graphs.
