Pearson VUE is a leading provider of computer-based testing solutions, delivering over 15 million exams annually in various industries. We are seeking a Test Administrator to join our team in Southampton, responsible for ensuring a secure and exceptional customer experience at our test centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in customers, verifying their identification documents and explaining the exam process.
  • Comply with exam security procedures and company policies, using careful judgment.
  • Proctor candidates during exams, ensuring a fair and secure testing environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as IT, to maintain a smooth testing experience.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including sanitizing equipment and maintaining a clean test centre environment.
Requirements:
  • English and Maths qualifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour and noticing details from a distance.
