Job Overview
The Graduate Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within three channels: independent retail, grocery, and franchises and petrol stations. The role involves conducting multiple store visits a day, educating retailers on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising, and marketing products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop an existing account base
- Learn and gain commercial exposure
- Be the face of the company and build excellent rapport with accounts
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Field sales management/account management
Requirements
- Full UK driving license
- Based in or commutable to Milton Keynes
- Education to degree level
- Confident and able to work independently with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, well-presented, articulate, and hardworking
- Passion and grit to continue when facing rejection
