Lancesoft Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our microbiology department, you will be responsible for conducting microbial analysis of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Microbial Analysis: Conduct microbial analysis of raw materials, components, intermediates, and final products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Environmental Monitoring: Monitor the site environment to detect and prevent microbial contamination.
- Microorganism Maintenance: Maintain and culture microorganisms, and perform speciation and enumeration tasks.
- Regulatory Support: Support the regulatory area, QA audits, and inspections (MCA/FDA) by providing microbiological expertise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective microbiological control.
- Education: Preference for a graduate degree in microbiology or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in isolation and speciation techniques, as well as good aseptic techniques.
- Skills: Knowledge of GLP principles, pathogenicity, and ecology of microorganisms.
