Job Title: Electrical Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team at AVENTA. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects and teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and transmission.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and transmission.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electrical engineering software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Electrical Transient Analysis Program (ETAP) and other electrical engineering software.
  • Knowledge of IEC standards and other international electrical standards.
  • Fluency in Italian language (desirable).
