Financial Crime Training Manager

**Job Summary**

InterQuest Group is proud to support a prestigious Financial Services institution in their search for an experienced Compliance Trainer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. The role will focus on developing the training program with regards to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and wider financial crime compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the financial crime training team
* Create and deliver training plans for the operational Anti-Money Laundering team
* Provide oversight of training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions

**Essential Skills/Experience:**

* Previous experience within a similar training role covering financial crime and compliance (in particular AML)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Previous experience managing a team
* Experience of developing and delivering training plans

**About the Role**

As a Compliance Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure the operational Anti-Money Laundering team has the necessary skills and knowledge to prevent and detect financial crime. You will work closely with the financial crime training team to create and deliver training plans, provide oversight of training modules, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**What You'll Need**

* A strong background in financial crime and compliance, with previous experience in a similar training role
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proven experience in managing a team and developing training plans
