Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as an EV Charging Specialist. As an EV Charging Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing EV charging points in domestic and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install EV charging points in domestic and commercial environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair existing installed EV charging points, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing on EV charging circuits, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified electrical engineer with experience in EV charging installation and maintenance.
  • Hold a valid ECS Gold Card and NVQ level 3 in an electrical installation discipline.
  • 18th edition and AM2 certification.
  • Experience with EV charger installation, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Located in or commutable to Birmingham, with a full UK driving license.
