About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visitor has an unforgettable experience at our theatre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every event runs smoothly and to plan.
  • Sell products and packages on the night, including traditional programmes, ice creams, and luxury bar drinks.
  • Take responsibility for a range of tasks, including front of house duties, box office operations, and event coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy, identifying opportunities to improve our services and enhance the visitor experience.
