About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support and information services to victims of crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a caseload of victims, ensuring each individual receives a personalized support plan.
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments to identify the most effective support strategies.
  • Provide information and advocacy to enable service users to navigate the criminal justice system.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the impact of crime on victims and their families.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of risk and needs assessment frameworks.
