We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support and information services to victims of crime.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage a caseload of victims, ensuring each individual receives a personalized support plan.
- Conduct risk and needs assessments to identify the most effective support strategies.
- Provide information and advocacy to enable service users to navigate the criminal justice system.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records.
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims and their families.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of risk and needs assessment frameworks.
