Mobile Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our team at Quick Reach in the Northeast. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites, performing maintenance, repairs, and services on our powered access equipment to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly serviced and maintained to meet company standards.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork in line with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across depots to ensure effective workshop performance.
  • Liaise with Depot and Engineering Management to ensure cost-effective repairs.
  • Ensure the van is always fully equipped with spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate service records in line with Company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications (valid IPAF CAP Certification) and proven experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostic fault finding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
