Key Responsibilities:- Support the Registered Nurse/Team Leader in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care needs.
- Provide and promote positive work areas and practices to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Collaborate with care staff in your department and wider teams to achieve holistic outcomes.
- Carry out personal care duties with compassion and dignity.
- Experience working as a care assistant/support worker or similar care setting is essential.
- Working towards the qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements.
- SVQ level 3 or above/equivalent in Social Services and Healthcare (as per SSSC guidelines) is desirable.
- Communication and relationship-building skills.
- A kind and caring nature.
