About the Role
As a Land Director at Thomas Gray, you will be responsible for leading a small land team in the Home Counties, working under the direction of the Group Land Director and Managing Director. Your primary objective will be to acquire and manage sites for our award-winning house builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a site acquisition strategy to meet the company's growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, agents, and other industry professionals
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential development opportunities
- Negotiate and agree site purchases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Strong track record of site acquisition and management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong network of contacts in the industry
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks
