Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Security Officer to join our team at Wilson James. As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in delivering a smooth and efficient running of an upmarket licensed bar, retail shop floor, and food court areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise customer arrivals and conduct ID checks, screen, and search as necessary.
  • Implement crowd control measures to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the venue.
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude towards learning and personal development.
  • Commit to keeping those around you safe and secure.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conflict Resolution and Customer Service skills.
  • Observational Awareness and Team Player skills.
  • Knowledge of Security Protocols and SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £10.90 rising to £12.30 as of 1st December 2023.
  • A 21-day rolling rota with 3 days, 4 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 3 nights, 4 off.
