Multitrader Apprentice

Fortress Maintenance is seeking a skilled and versatile tradesperson to join our team as an Apprentice Multitrader. This role involves working on a residential improvement contract across parts of Lincolnshire, focusing on damp and mould remediation in properties.

• Conduct initial surveys of properties to identify areas of damp and mould growth
• Treat affected areas and re-decorate as necessary
• Replace sealant on windows, doors, and surfaces
• Re-grout tiles and add insulation to loft spaces
• Install trickle vents to windows

Ongoing work is available, with all materials provided. A van is beneficial for transporting equipment and materials between job sites.

• Multi-skilled tradesperson with experience in damp and mould remediation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Transportation to and from job sites
