Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting routine L8 monitoring, handling TMVs, performing cleans, disinfections, and tank inspections, and carrying out remedial plumbing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine L8 monitoring to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handling TMVs to maintain water quality and prevent Legionella growth.
  • Performing cleans, disinfections, and tank inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks to repair and maintain water systems.
  • Engaging with clients onsite to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Water Hygiene, Water Treatment, Legionella Risk Assessment, or Remedial Plumbing.
  • Proficient knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG274.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across the Midlands region.
