Job Title: React Native Team Lead - Applications

We are seeking an experienced React Native Team Lead to join our team at IntecSelect. As a key member of our mobile app development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Release Mobile Applications: Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications, ensuring successful deployment.
  • Collaborate on Requirement Gathering and Technical Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business and technical requirements, translating them into development tasks.
  • Automate and Optimize Mobile App Deployment: Build and maintain automation pipelines to streamline the mobile app development and deployment process.
  • Establish and Enforce Coding Standards: Set and maintain high standards for the mobile app codebase across the app estate.
  • Lead, Mentor, and Manage the Development Team: Provide leadership to the app development team, managing workloads and facilitating an agile environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience as Senior App Engineer.
  • Strong Typescript Experience.
  • Experience with mobile app deployment automation.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of app security practices.
  • Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
  • Good working knowledge of native and react native webviews.
  • Experience implementing Swift components in React Native projects.
  • React Native developer with experience building and publishing iOS apps via the app store.
  • Good experience working with modern API's (ie REST).
