We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Sales Consultant to join our team at Boomspace, a leading provider of enterprise-grade Audio Visual solutions. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our pre-sales business, representing the company, and delivering globally consistent, supportable technology solutions and services to key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads for new business and growth opportunities through self-motivation, proactivity, and multi-disciplined approaches.
- Grow our current client base and expand into new industry sectors, leveraging our skills and expertise to deliver standardised and customised AV solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales and business KPIs while maintaining the integrity of delivery and after-sales care.
- Validate sales enquiries and incoming leads, focusing on customer engagement and gaining a deep understanding of user cases, budgets, and timelines to ensure 'right first time solutions.'
- Prepare customer proposals, tenders, and sales pitch decks that effectively communicate the value of our AV solutions.
- Demonstrate and present our AV solutions with confidence, promoting the Boomspace culture and justifying costs to clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by forming strong, trusting relationships.
- Engage with our supply chain to ensure technical knowledge is gained, providing outstanding consultancy, including regular meet-ups with manufacturers, distribution channels, and attending tech events.
- Manage and report sales pipeline to Directors, contributing to the improvement of Sales and Marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Oversee the successful migration of projects from opportunity to deployment on time, ensuring seamless execution.
- Represent the Boomspace core values, ensuring customers and project teams are fully supported with integrity at the forefront.
- 5+ years of AV technical sales experience.
- Target-oriented salesperson with a successful sales track record.
- Expert presentation, organisation, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of working with corporate clients and high-level Board members.
- Strong interpersonal skills, calm and tactful under pressure, handling diverse sectors, groups, and individuals.
- Excellent technical knowledge of AV & UC technologies and trends.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel.
- Full right to work in the UK and a full clean UK driving licence.
- Basic Salary £45K-£55K plus car allowance, commission, and rewards.

- 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) – increasing with years of service to a maximum of 25 days.
