Part-Time LGV 2 Driver Needed for Recycling Operations
Biffa Waste Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable LGV 2 driver to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves collecting recycling materials from businesses across the region, contributing to our commitment to sustainable waste management.
About the Role- Schedule: 2 or 3 days per week, with a flexible schedule to be determined based on operational needs.
- Start Time: AM
- Pay Rate: £15.12 per hour + overtime opportunities
As an LGV 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Safely and efficiently operating a Class 2 vehicle to collect recycling materials from various business locations.
- Ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures are followed to maintain the integrity of the collected materials.
- Adhering to all relevant traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Class 2 (C) Driving License.
- A Digital Tachograph card.
- A current Driver CPC qualification.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
