We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Brampton Recruitment Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities- Process orders through credit application to ensure compliance with our credit policy
- Monitor customer accounts and chase outstanding payments
- Raise sales invoices and post cash to customer accounts
- Communicate with customers to resolve disputes and issues
- Work closely with customer services to resolve issues surrounding disputed invoices
- Proven credit control experience
- Ability to interact at all levels and work under pressure
