This position is situated in the Workforce Planning division and demands a high level of efficiency and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the schedules of legal consultants, maintaining various systems, and addressing inquiries via phone and email, among other responsibilities. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of legal consultants' schedules and prioritize their tasks effectively.
  • Engage in data entry and auditing across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly with legal professionals through various channels, including virtual meetings.
  • Handle billing, insurance inquiries, and the updating and closure of files while maintaining data integrity.
  • Conduct auditing and housekeeping tasks across numerous platforms.
  • Perform contract checks and reviews as necessary.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, legal experts, and tribunals.
  • Provide support to the Workforce Planning Litigation Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A dynamic and flexible approach to work, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Experience in workforce planning is advantageous.
