We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Castle View Group. As a key member of our ward team, you will provide exceptional customer care to patients and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the ward, providing a positive first impression
* Assist families with their initial needs, including providing information and support
* Answer the telephone and take messages, responding to queries and concerns
* Assist the Ward Administrator with various tasks, including patient admissions and discharges
* Run external errands for staff or parents, ensuring timely and efficient completion
* Assist with coffee mornings and other events, promoting a sense of community
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including the parent sitting room and information leaflet racks

**Requirements:**

* Excellent customer care skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Reliable and trustworthy, with a sensitive and tactful nature
* Emotionally mature, with an understanding of personal and professional boundaries
