Are you a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service?

We are seeking a committed and reliable driver to join our team in Birmingham over the busy Christmas period.

The Role

As a Majestic Wine Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring excellent customer service and experience for every delivery. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery process, from picking and loading the van to delivering wine to customers' homes, workplaces, or venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience
  • Pick and load deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain the van to a high standard
  • Deliver wine with a smile and a helpful attitude
  • Communicate clearly with customers to book in deliveries and provide updates
  • Find ways to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs
  • Be an ambassador for Majestic while driving

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA manual driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be able and comfortable with carrying up to 18kg weight
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and service
  • A positive can-do attitude with a passion for seeing problems through to solutions
