Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools to source and engage potential candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates, leveraging expertise in the Food and FMCG manufacturing industries.
- Create detailed client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and its requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized candidate database, ensuring accurate recording of interactions and candidate information.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a cohesive candidate experience, from initial contact to placement.
- Support follow-up activities based on calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects, providing exceptional service and support.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency or Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Food and FMCG manufacturing industries.
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong experience with recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, and Salesforce, as well as job posting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging client profiles and position descriptions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a high level of proficiency in these tools.
