About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded and dedicated group of transactional and commercial lawyers. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, managing and coordinating transactions from initial instruction through to closing, and maintaining contact with clients post-closing to support their ongoing legal needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will have a strong commercial flair and acumen, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to building enduring relationships with clients.
