Role Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with mental health challenges on their path to improved wellbeing and autonomy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating creatively with clients to enhance their daily living skills.
- Supporting individuals in activities such as meal preparation, financial management, and community engagement.
- Encouraging self-management techniques to promote mental wellness.
