Senior Childcare Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Childcare Lawyer to join our team at CV-Library. As a Senior Childcare Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in child protection cases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Childcare Lawyers, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants
  • Support the training and development of junior lawyers
  • Deal with complex care matters, including adoption, catastrophic injury, and fatalities
  • Handle a caseload of child protection cases, with opportunities for advocacy in the Family Court
  • Advise Social Services clients on relevant legislation
  • Prepare legal documentation and court documents
  • Conduct legal research

Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a current practising certificate
  • Experience in Childcare Law from private or local authority
