Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Quality.
  • Provide essential technical guidance and support throughout the project development stages.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Create detailed project timelines, site layout plans, and necessary legal documentation.
  • Handle procurement processes, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage daily operations of projects during both preconstruction and construction phases.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing onshore wind, civil engineering, or construction projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a systematic and process-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of commercial dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and possess a valid UK Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK, including potential evening and weekend work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC construction contracts.
  • In-depth understanding of transport and construction techniques relevant to onshore wind projects.
  • Experience with Civil3D and MS Project.
  • Background in surveying and setting out.
