**Assistant Buyer and Sales Coordinator**

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Buyer and Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products, processing orders, and working closely with our sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify new suppliers internationally and process purchase orders to ensure best pricing, delivery, and terms.
  • Order Processing: Monitor deliveries and follow up on ETAs to complete orders in full, ready to ship.
  • Customer Service: Work with the sales team to ensure the best products and service are offered to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize worldwide collection of goods and maintain accurate records.

Person Specifications:

  • Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and positive interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and resourceful in meeting customer needs.
  • Team Player: Confident dealing with people at all levels and able to use your initiative.
  • Technical Skills: IT literate with experience of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00 with 1 hour for lunch and additional breaks.
  • Location: Based full-time in Exeter.
  • Benefits: 25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off, social team coordinating regular events, and free gym membership.
