Key Responsibilities- Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Operate and maintain various finishing equipment, including Neopost mailing machines, Paragon pressure sealers/folding machines, and Duplo booklet makers/finishers.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning at optimal levels and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Inventory Management
- Conduct regular stock takes of consumables and materials to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards on all equipment.
- Team Support
- Assist the hand-enclosing team as needed, including manual input of letters into envelopes.
- Adherence to Process Standards
- Ensure all process standards are adhered to at all times.
- Experience
- Previous experience working in a print/mail environment or similar industry.
- Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic PC literacy.
- Ability to learn new skills and be flexible.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Physical Demands
- Manual handling required.
- Safety footwear required.
- Work Schedule
- Rotating shift: 6-2/2-10, changing on a weekly basis with requirement to work both shifts (Mon-Fri).
