Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a chilled environment, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the production process.
  • Deliver excellent quality packed products safely and efficiently, meeting our customers' and technical standards.
  • Seal products for packing, ensuring quality is maintained and procedures are followed.
  • Support the delivery of key performance targets within your area, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.
  • Act as a role model, leading by example and demonstrating core company values, behaviors, and high-performance standards.
  • Provide cover for other areas, ensuring seamless operation of the production line.

Requirements

  • Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training is provided.
