About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse with a specialization in Diabetes to join our team at Lydney Surgery. This part-time position offers flexible working hours to suit the right candidate.

As a Diabetes Specialist Nurse, you will play a vital role in managing the diabetes care of our patients. You will work collaboratively with other nurses, healthcare assistants, and GPs to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert diabetes management services, including patient education, medication reviews, and monitoring of blood glucose levels.
  • Conduct annual long-term condition reviews for patients with Asthma, COPD, and Diabetes.
