Job Opportunity

Elite Search Solutions is seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join their growing international company within the procurement team.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international customers, creating a dynamic working environment where each day brings new challenges.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers in sourcing and supply of specialist equipment all over the world. You will work with customers based in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America, involved in various sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing competitive quotes to clients for the equipment they have requested
  • Reacting to client enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Sourcing and buying a wide range of products and equipment from local and international suppliers
  • Negotiating with suppliers on the phone and email to obtain best prices wherever possible
  • Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relationships
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing Key International Clients
  • Responsible for increasing sales and revenue of existing Client Accounts

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and sales ability
  • Confident and clear communication skills (English is essential)
  • Ability to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team or individually
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Working experience using Microsoft Office (essential)
