Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with a dedicated team to drive sales across the Halfords network, focusing on referrals for services such as Tyres, MOT, and various car maintenance solutions.
Customer-Centric Solutions: This role emphasizes recommending the most suitable options for customers, whether it involves on-site repairs, services at our local Autocentre, or arranging for our Halfords Mobile Expert to assist at the customer's location.
Relationship Building: Your exceptional relationship-building skills will be crucial as you work alongside colleagues in our Autocentre and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey.
