We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Lawyer to join our team at Axiom. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert legal advice and support on complex finance transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide in-house legal advice and support on a wide range of finance transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged acquisition finance, project finance, and asset-backed/receivables finance.
  • Engage in the drafting, negotiating, and reviewing of financing documents, such as loan facility agreements, security documentation, and intercreditor agreements.
  • Advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, including managing external counsel.

**Requirements**

  • Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience.
  • Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent client service and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to new situations and work environments, with a thirst for new challenges.
  • Eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
