As a Heating Technician, your responsibilities will include both scheduled and on-demand maintenance throughout Leicester.
Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks efficiently and proactively.
Report any issues to the helpdesk and seek guidance from the contract supervisor when necessary.
Prepare detailed quotes with well-researched methodologies, ensuring accurate parts and labor estimates to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.
Ensure effective diagnostics of equipment failures and prompt repairs.
Document all completed work and generate necessary paperwork for quotes as needed.
Adhere to all mandatory health, safety, compliance, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and service providers.
Maintain accurate site logbooks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
