About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Site Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, organizing applications for S38, ensuring licenses and permits are in order, and overseeing Health & Safety and Technical Compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contractors on infrastructure, sub-structure, drainage, and enabling works
  • Organize applications for S38 and ensure licenses and permits are in order
  • Oversee Health & Safety and Technical Compliance requirements
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of infrastructure delivery gained with reputable contracting businesses
  • Experience in client-side management is a bonus
  • Strong technical awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
