About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Professional to join our team at Brown & Brown. As a Personal Lines Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall targets & KPI's
  • Ensure thorough pre-renewal reviews and annual reviews with clients
  • Conduct full market reviews for clients and offer suitable policies and products
  • Invite all Personal Lines policies in good time, in line with our operational guidance
  • Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date
  • Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, ensuring operational priorities and company rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance are adhered to
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, keeping them up to date and not overdue
  • Identify and discuss cross-sell opportunities with clients
  • Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits
